Before joining the firm, Blake defended corporations and insurers in New England regarding complex civil litigation claims, including Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act claims, product liability, and medical malpractice matters. His background in litigation allows him to assess and resolve title issues with a process-oriented and attentive approach.
Blake received his Juris Doctorate from Boston College Law School, where he counseled for-profit and 501(c)(3) organizations in the Boston area in corporate governance, strategic risk mitigation, and intellectual property matters. He additionally interned with the City of Boston, where he worked in the Corporate Counsel division, advising on zoning regulations, property code, and tax law. Blake earned his B.A. in Government from The University of Texas at Austin.
