Jonathan Stirneman

Jonathan Stirneman focuses his practice on oil, gas, and mineral law, with a primary focus on title examination for energy clients. He prepares drilling, division order, supplemental, and acquisition title opinions, and handles mineral title analysis, due diligence for acquisitions and divestitures, lease negotiations, and title curative matters.
Jonathan’s background includes assisting clients with drafting and negotiating legal documents to facilitate oil, gas, and mineral exploration and production projects, complex probate matters, and working as an in-house landman for a large international oil and gas company. His accounting degree and experience in both private practice and corporate settings give him a practical perspective that benefits clients across the energy industry.
Outside of the office, Jonathan enjoys hiking national parks and recording music in his home studio.
