Austin Goerke is licensed to practice law in Oklahoma and Texas and practices in oil, gas, and mineral law, with a primary focus in title examination.
Austin began his career performing title examination and title curative work in Oklahoma before moving to Texas in 2017. In Texas, he worked in the land department of a large-scale mineral aggregator until COVID-19. Post COVID-19, Austin spent a couple of years working as in-house counsel for a wind and solar energy development company before moving back in the oil and gas industry as a land and title analyst with Bank of America’s wealth management group. Austin then joined The Dupuis Law Firm in 2026.
Austin obtained his B.S. in Agribusiness with a pre-law option from Oklahoma State University in 2010, and then proceeded to obtain his J.D. from Oklahoma City University School of Law in 2014.
