Shivani practices oil, gas, and mineral law, with a primary focus on title examination.

Before transitioning to oil and gas law, Shivani gained legal experience as an intern at the Cleveland County and Oklahoma County District Attorney’s Offices, where she worked on legal research, case preparation, and courtroom proceedings. Her background in litigation enhances her ability to assess and resolve title issues with a practical, detail-oriented approach.

Shivani earned her J.D. from the University of Oklahoma College of Law, where she served as Case Editor for the Oil and Gas, Natural Resources, and Energy Journal (ONEJ) and President of the Organization for the Advancement of Women in Law. She also holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Missouri.
